7.0 Suspension or termination of ContractCollege reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contract and services to be provided by Consultant for any reason following a prior written notification of seven (7) days. If all the work described in point 1.0 is completed, the total tax payable is set by the college on the basis of the overall portion of the work up to the closing date. Salary may vary depending on the type of orientation position and the company the consultant works for, but the average annual salary falls just below 70k. Review of the corresponding schedules and checklists for the guarantee of university internship or acceptance, since all admission decisions of the college are made exclusively by the educational institution. An education consulting contract is a legal contract that binds two parties with a common interest in the exchange of education planning services for fair compensation. This type of orientation activity provides services related to teaching techniques and technology for schools and families. The parties associated with this agreement, the education advisor (“adviser”) and the recruitment party (“client”), negotiate the terms of the agreement and leave them to the written agreement. Conditions such as the duration of the contract, the amount of compensation and the nature of the payment plan, conservation options, expenses and termination options are basic items included in an education consulting contract. 1.0 Benefit level1.1 The advisor undertakes to provide the professional services defined in Schedule A of this agreement, which is included in this reference. Consultants are provided with such services with the standard of care and professional skills usually in the realization of such services. Councillors agree to proceed to the satisfaction of the college, as indicated in Schedule A.
This agreement (“Consulting Service Agreement”) exists between you (the client) and Educated Pathways LLC. Educated Pathways LLC provides independent and objective advisory services for university admissions specializing in the confidential management of your information within the meaning of this Consulting Service Agreement. 11.0 Full agreement; Amendment This agreement (and, if applicable, its annexes) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the purpose of this agreement and can only be amended by an agreement signed by a consultant and an authorized representative of the college. It is expressly understood and accepted that e-mail correspondence will not be considered a “letter” under the terms of this agreement.
